ChatOps Window Resizing

You can now define the preferred ChatOps window size to fit your needs. By dragging the divider right or left, you can either increase or decrease the ChatOps width.

Export Reports

You can now export reports to PDFs or PPTs.

:::Note: The export operation can take up to one minute, so it will run in the background and the report will download automatically when it's ready.:::

Time Representation

There is a new time representation throughout the platform. The time is absolute/concrete and presented in the user's local time. It is also possible to view UTC time in the tooltip.

Alerts Improvements

New Alerts Fields

Two new fields were added to the Alert Details page.

  • Tags - You can now tag the alert with relevant information (e.g., Ransomware),
  • Kill Chain - You can now set the kill chain phases related to the alert.

New Alert Timeline Events

There are new timeline events added automatically to the alert timeline:

  • Alert detected
  • Alert closed
  • Alert resolved
  • Alert reopened

Bug Fixes

  • In the ChatOps window, the chat does not scroll and the message is not highlighted when jumping to it from a global search/chat link/timeline event (CYB-7597)

Known Issues

  • Unexpected error is shown on checking related incidents if there are many observables in the incident (CYB-10583),
  • Alert KPI event is not created if 'company' field length exceeds the limit of 80 bytes (CYB-10532).
