Article summary

This report is included from CDC 1.8 onwards. From CDC 2.1, it is included as the final tab in the Incidents Report.
This report is a large table with the following data:

  • Incident ID (key)
  • Incident name
  • Owner full name
  • Status (open/closed/pending etc.)
  • Priority
  • Date/time created
  • Date/time closed
  • Closing Reason (1st survey question)
  • Closing Comment (summary)

The time filter will show incidents created during the selected period,

In v2.0 there will be extra fields added:

  • Assigned Queue
  • Incident Owner company (CyberProof/Customer)
  • Type (Malware/DDOS/Ransomware etc.)
  • Time to resolution (in minutes = Date/time closed-Date/time created)
  • Closing severity (2nd survey question, if it exists)
  • Alerts in Incident
  • Date/time of earliest alert time
  • Link to CDC incident (hyperlink with Incident ID)
  • External ticketing system ticket time creation (if exists)
  • Customer escalation time (assigned queue changed to customer)
  • Time from incident creation to customer escalation time
  • External ticketing system ticket ID (if it exists)
